Getting started
Accordio is the AI backoffice for businesses of one. Clients, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, meetings, time, and an agent that runs the whole thing from WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or the web.
TL;DR
Connect your tools. Import your clients. Send your first proposal. Get it signed, get paid. The agent does most of what's in between. About 15 minutes to set up. No card needed for the trial.
The setup flow
Five steps, in order. Each one unlocks more of what the agent can do on your behalf.
- 1
Connect your tools
Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slack, Notion. The agent works from your existing inbox and calendar so nothing needs to migrate. See all integrations.
- 2
Import your clients
Paste a CSV or pull contacts from Gmail. The agent splits leads from active clients and tags them so the pipeline view makes sense.
- 3
Set up a form to collect leads
Three options: an estimate widget on your site, an embedded contact form, or a hosted URL. Submissions create a client, ping you on WhatsApp, and the agent drafts a reply.
- 4
Send your first document chain
Proposal, then contract, then invoice. Write one sentence about the project. The agent drafts the proposal. The contract reuses the scope. The invoice reads the milestones. No retyping.
- 5
Get paid
Connect a bank with Plaid for automatic reconciliation. Or connect your own Stripe to add a Pay with card button to every invoice. Or both. Accordio charges 0% on every path. Payments setup.
What the trial actually limits
What's inside
Each section has its own page. Below is what each part does and when you'd use it.
AI agent
One agent across web, desktop, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. Same memory everywhere. It acts, not just answers.
Messaging channels
Pair WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack once. The agent reaches you where you already are, with the full tool surface.
Clients & portal
A small CRM with pipeline stages. Every client gets a branded portal. Magic link, no password, no signup.
Forms
Estimate, questionnaire, or contact. Every submission becomes a tracked lead and pings the agent.
Proposals
Pitch documents the agent drafts in your voice. One click turns an accepted proposal into a binding contract.
Contracts
Jurisdiction-aware contracts, drafted from a sentence. Signed by email. Unlimited e-signatures on Legend.
Invoices
Bill from tracked time or milestones. Bank transfer by default, card optional. Reminders that don't torch the relationship.
Payments
Plaid reconciles bank deposits to your open invoices. Stripe (your own) adds card payments. Accordio takes 0% on either path.
Expenses & P&L
Receipt OCR, bank feed, categorization, budgets, cash flow. Stop spreadsheeting your finances.
Meetings
Pre-meeting briefs. Optional recording with action items. A follow-up email drafted from the transcript.
Time tracking
The macOS menubar tracks time automatically. Logged hours flow straight into invoices.
Integrations
First-class Google. 50+ more apps via Composio — Notion, HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, Linear, GitHub, Figma, Xero.
The point
Accordio is your AI backoffice. The software that replaces the rest of the software a business of one usually pays for. Hundreds of integrations, frontier models, accessible price. Run it from a WhatsApp thread on your phone.
When it's set up right, it feels like magic. The lead comes in through a form. The agent qualifies them on WhatsApp, books a call, prepares the brief, records the meeting, drafts the proposal, sends the contract. The invoice gets reconciled when the deposit hits your bank. You did the work that mattered. The rest happened in the background.
