Messaging channels

Most work doesn't happen at your desk. Reach the agent from WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack. Same agent, same memory, same tools as the web app.

TL;DR

Pair WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack with a one-time link code. Log time, send invoices, draft emails, summarize your week, or kick off a contract from your phone. Voice notes for WhatsApp are coming.

Supported channels

Three channels. One bot per channel. Pick the one you actually live in.

  • WhatsApp. The default for most solopreneurs. Voice notes coming soon.
  • Telegram. Fast, no phone-number-as-username, good for international.
  • Slack. DM the bot or install it into a workspace where you already live.

Pair a channel

Same flow for all three:

  1. In the web or desktop app, ask the agent: "give me a link code for WhatsApp" (or Telegram or Slack).
  2. Open the messenger and find the Accordio bot. Numbers and handles are listed in Settings → Channels.
  3. Send /link followed by the code.
  4. The agent confirms. You're connected.
Link codes are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. If you mess up, ask for a new one.

What you can do from messaging

Almost everything the web agent does. Editor-heavy work (long-form contract drafting) is still more comfortable on the web. The common one-liners all work:

Track time
log 90 min on ABC Corp design work
Check status
any overdue invoices?
Chase a client
remind Jane on invoice 042
Week summary
what does my week look like?
Quick contract
contract for ABC, $5k fixed, 4 weeks, web design
Invoice from time
invoice ABC for last week's tracked time
Meeting brief
brief me on my 3pm call
Save context
remember my hourly rate is $150 for consulting

One agent, many surfaces

Start on WhatsApp, finish on the desktop. Conversation history and memory follow you across every channel.

Proactive pings

The agent reaches out on your last-used channel when something matters. Pre-meeting briefs minutes before a call. An inbox digest of classified email (when you opt in). Overdue invoices. Approaching deadlines. New form submissions that look like real leads.

Frequency is capped (default 5 per hour, 25 per day) and respects active hours from your profile timezone.

Privacy and limits

  • Each channel link is unique to your account. Messages from unpaired numbers are ignored.
  • Disconnect a channel anytime from Settings → Channels. The bot stops responding immediately.
  • Conversations are stored like web chats. Viewable and deletable in Dashboard → History.
  • Group chats are not supported yet (1-on-1 with the bot only).
Pair a channelTakes 30 seconds.
