How much does Accordio cost?

Legend is $39/month billed monthly, or $29/month billed annually ($348/year, about 25% off). One plan, one price. New users start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get 14 days of full Legend access. Contracts, invoices, AI agent, payments, integrations, everything. No credit card to start. When the trial ends, your account goes read-only (your data is preserved) and you can subscribe anytime to keep creating.

Do you take a cut of my client payments?

No. Accordio takes 0% on either payment path. Bank transfers go directly from your client to your bank. Card payments via Stripe settle to your own Stripe balance with Stripe processing fees going to Stripe, never to Accordio.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Only if you want clients to pay by card. By default, invoices include your bank details and clients pay by transfer with zero fees. Connect your own Stripe account in Settings to add a Pay with card button. Funds settle to your Stripe balance, charges appear in your Stripe Dashboard, and payments sync into whatever accounting tools you have wired into Stripe.

How do AI credits work?

Every AI action costs credits. Chat message 10, send email 25, generate invoice 50, generate contract 150. Legend includes 10,000 credits per month. Credits renew on your monthly billing date.

Are contracts legally binding?

Yes. E-signatures collected through Accordio are legally binding under the ESIGN Act (US) and eIDAS (EU). Each signature includes a timestamp, IP address, and full audit trail for legal compliance.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients can view contracts, sign documents, fill out forms, and pay invoices without creating an account. They access everything through a secure link sent by email.

Which messaging apps can I reach the AI agent through?

WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. Pair any channel by running /link in the app to get a one-time code, then send that code to the bot. The agent has the same context across all channels and the web app.

What integrations are supported?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Docs are first-class. Through Composio you can also connect Notion, HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, Linear, Asana, Trello, Todoist, GitHub, Figma, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and 30+ more.

How does subscription billing work?

Your Accordio subscription is billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Manage everything from the self-service Paddle Customer Portal accessible inside the app.

What does Plaid do, and is it safe?

Plaid is a read-only bank connection used for two things: matching incoming client payments to your open invoices, and importing transactions for the Expenses module. Accordio never has permission to move money. Used by Venmo, Robinhood, and most major fintechs.

Can I save contracts as templates?

Yes. Save any contract as a template and reuse it for future projects. Templates can include variables like {{client_name}} that auto-fill when you create a new contract from the template.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Paddle Customer Portal at any time. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle, then your account goes read-only with all your data preserved.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export contracts, invoices, expenses, time entries, and client data from Settings at any time. Contracts and invoices can be downloaded as PDFs individually or in bulk.
