Integrations
Accordio plugs into the tools you already use. Google is built in. Everything else connects through Composio. 50+ apps, one OAuth click each.
TL;DR
Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, and Docs are built-in. 50+ more apps (Notion, HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, Linear, Asana, GitHub, Figma, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.) connect via Composio with one OAuth click each. The AI agent uses these tools automatically when relevant.
Google integrations
Google gets first-class treatment with dedicated UI and tight coupling to the rest of the app.
- Gmail. Send invoices and proposals from your address. Classify inbound mail. Draft replies. Reply-to routing for forms.
- Calendar. Pre-meeting briefs, availability checks, event creation, scheduling.
- Drive. Import existing contracts and briefs. Export signed PDFs back.
- Docs. Pull source content from existing Docs into contracts and proposals.
Connecting Google
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect Google.
- Pick which scopes to authorize (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Connect multiple Google accounts if you want. Accordio supports per-account routing.

Connecting any app
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find your app in the catalog (or search).
- Click Connect. Composio handles the OAuth window.

How the agent uses integrations
The agent picks which tool to call based on what you ask. A few real examples:
Proactive triggers
Some integrations push events to Accordio in real time. The agent classifies and decides whether to ping you.
- Gmail watcher. Inbound mail classified by intent. Drafts replies when warranted.
- Calendar. New events sync briefs and check for conflicts.
- Composio triggers. Events from Calendly, GitHub, Stripe, and others fire notifications when relevant.
Security and revocation
- All OAuth tokens encrypted at rest.
- Scopes are kept minimal. We only request what each tool needs.
- Revoke any integration from Settings → Integrations. Tokens are deleted immediately.
- You can also revoke from the upstream app's security settings (Google Account permissions, etc.).
