Pre-meeting briefs

A few minutes before any meeting on your connected calendar, Accordio sends a brief on your last-used channel. The brief includes who you're meeting and where they fit in your CRM, the last conversation (email summary, recent messages), open invoices and their status, active projects, pending deliverables, and any notes you've saved about this client.

Catch up while walking

Briefs land on your last-used channel: web, desktop, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack. So you can read up on the way to the meeting.

Recording

Opt in per-meeting or set a default for certain calendar event types (any meeting with someone outside your domain, for example). When recording is on, a bot joins the meeting at start time.

Supported platforms: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

The bot identifies itself with a name you choose (default: "Accordio note-taker") so other attendees know it's there. Local recording-consent rules vary. Confirming consent is on you.

Action items and summary

After the meeting you get a summary of topics and decisions, action items (one line each, with the owner attributed), a searchable timestamped transcript, and a draft follow-up email in your voice. Send as-is or edit first.

From transcript to next step

The agent can take the transcript and do the next obvious thing. Turn a discovery call into a draft proposal. Turn a project kickoff into a list of tasks under the right project. Turn a sales call into a follow-up email with a calendar link for the next session.

Retention and storage

Recordings are kept for 12 months by default. Transcripts and action items stay as long as your account is active. Delete any recording anytime from the meeting page.

Don't want to record?

Briefs and follow-up drafting still work. After the call, paste your notes or tell the agent what was decided. It generates the follow-up and creates the action items as tasks.

Setup

Connect Google Calendar in Settings → Integrations. Briefs start arriving within a few minutes. To enable recording, toggle it on per event or set a default for specific event types.
